Shipping Policy
Elysieme offers free standard shipping on all orders over $75 to the
contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii, as well as all
provinces and territories of Canada. A credit card billing address
within either the United States or Canada is required. Orders under $75
will incur a flat $15 flat-rate shipping and handling fee. For all
other destinations, please contact us at customercare@elysieme.com to
have us arrange international processing for your order.
Once you have placed an order, it will typically be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 hours via USPS Priority Mail or Registered First Class, at our discretion. International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority International. Occasionally, high demand items may sell out before reflected on our site. We apologize for the inconvenience; in this situation, you will be informed by e-mail and given the option to have your order refunded, or reserve the item and have it shipped out as soon as it is available again. In the case of an error in item listings or checkout, we reserve the right to not fulfill the order. You can expect your package in 5-10 working days.
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking information. If you have any trouble tracking your package, please contact us directly at customercare@elysieme.com.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us at customercare@elysieme.com as soon as possible for us to assist you. In the case that the order has not yet been processed and shipped by our warehouse, we will strive to make all changes you request.
