Return Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction with the Elysieme shopping experience. We offer a very flexible return policy. If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt by contacting us at returns@elysieme.com. Items must be shipped in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition, marked as a return, prepaid and insured to Elysieme. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Upon receipt of the item, we will credit you for the amount of the full value of the item, minus shipping and handling charges. No credit or refund will be issued for items that are used and/or damaged. Unacceptable merchandise will be returned to you with an explanation, and your credit card will be billed for the cost of shipping.

Sales of special orders and customized work (engraving, bespoke finish, etc.) are non-returnable. Due to hygiene reasons, sale of earrings are also non-returnable. We reserve the right to designate on the site other non-returnable merchandise; any merchandise designated in this fashion will be clearly marked on the detail page of the item as non-returnable.

For exchanges, please contact us at returns@elysieme.com to arrange for an exchange within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive your item, we will send your new order with tracking and fully insured at no additional cost.
